The Catalyst Team is seeking an experienced Content Specialist, with a focus on sales enablement to help execute growth strategy focused in the tech vertical. This role will drive Sales Enablement development with clients, manage high performing project teams, build trusted advisor client relationships, develop clear and engaging content consistent with brand that addresses business goals and partner/seller/consumer needs. This individual should be organized, customer-centric, and possess a proven track record of enabling B2B sales/marketing teams. Concentrix Catalyst is open to remote locations, excluding Colorado. Responsibilities Produce and publish compelling, differentiated content through a solid understanding of services/products, business objectives, target audience, research insights and content best practices. Research, drive active concepting, copywriting, working sessions, editing (Messaging frameworks, sales enablement BoM). Drive and deliver excellence around increasing seller efficiency and effectiveness in the following areas:
Sales content strategy, asset development, client delivery, and management Create sales training content for upcoming product launches, practice building collateral, sales play motion/kickoff Manage client delivery, client satisfaction on projects and provide recommendations on ways to optimize content. Document best practices/tools and train other content writers as needed. Actively mentor Sales Enablement Consultants on content development best practices. Qualifications 6 -10
years of relevant business experience in content strategy and creation and B2B sales enablement. Ability to determine content needs, format and creation of sales enablement plan. Experience with research, gathering insights and taking disparate and/or technical information and turning into client friendly language. Analyzing content marketing data to identify trends and anticipate client needs. Proven content strategy and project management experience. Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with different teams; flex to preferences. Proven ability to lead and develop teams with balance of growth mindset and accountability. A passion for high quality work and a genuine desire to have outsized impact in the client's business.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
