Job Description:
In depth or expert level of knowledge and proficiency in one or multiple areas including but not limited to Electrical, PLC, Automated Conveyor Systems, Fabrication, HVAC, Pneumatics and/or Hydraulics with the ability to plan, design, and implement tasks while working multiple projects. May direct the work of others in assisting on projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate proficient skill to work on projects in one or more of the following areas: electrical, systems automation, fabrication, mechanical, HVAC, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Troubleshooting electrical/PLC I/O issues (both Building and conveyor systems), installing new electrical services where needed. Understand/troubleshoot automated conveyor operating system logic. Design/layout/construct new conveyor installations/modifications/special projects.
Troubleshoot/repair technical mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues and may repair HVAC/Data Aire/RTU systems.
Perform preventative maintenance on electric lift equipment, conveyor systems and buildings.
Attends all mandatory safety training and maintains a safe work environment by following LOTO procedures and all facility safety policies and procedures.
Education & Experience:
Vocational/Technical School Certificate
4-6+ years of experience
One or more certifications or licenses applicable to the aforementioned trades required
Basic knowledge of applicable codes in one or more areas of trade expertise. Knowledge and ability to perform work of a more complex nature than routine or preventive repair. Knowledge of basic electronics. Knowledge of basic carpentry and plumbing principles. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, automated systems and controls, fabrication, HVAC and computer principles. Knowledge of company policies and procedures. Skill in operating various hand and power tools or diagnostic tools. Skill in operating heavy machinery such as fork lifts and trucks. Ability to communicate with various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner. Ability to prioritize multiple projects. Ability to create an efficient work environment with minimal supervision. Ability to effectively function as a team player.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
