Xpanxion is looking to hire a React Developer

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Develop quality enterprise content management which includes new features and new application development.
  • Create software designs for complex features and new products based on best practices.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced engineers with code and design reviews.
  • Assist Product Marketing with assessing technical feasibility for new products and features. Develop high-level estimates to assist in making product roadmap decisions.
  • Make recommendations for software improvements within the context of planned feature and new product development.
  • Provide support and maintenance on existing applications. Identify root cause for reported product defects and provide maintainable solutions.
  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
  • Participate in code reviews and technical workshops.
  • Demonstrate code quality through proper unit and other testing.
  • Break down user stories into component tasks and provide estimates. Assist less experienced engineers with developing accurate estimates.
  • Work in a collaborative development environment with a team of developers, QA and technical writers.
  • Conduct and/or assist in software demonstrations for internal and external audiences as required. Assist other team members with presentations.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in ReactJS preferred
  • JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS
  • JQuery, Bootstrap, JS, JSON, Extension JS, are helpful.
  • Agile experience
  • Development on multiple devices and multiple browsers, including both mobile and desktop.
  • Strong knowledge of web service models.
  • Experience in. NET Framework 4. 5 and above
  • ASP. NET, WCF or WebAPI experience is preferred
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Desire to be part of a highly productive, fast-paced team.
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
